Hi, I’m Nicole Obarto, Practice Manager here at Guardian Partners Wealth Management.
I’m often the first point of contact for our clients and the go-to resource for anything related to account service—whether it’s administrative support, account inquiries, money movement, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
My career began at a staffing agency, but I quickly found my home in the financial industry when I joined Ameriprise Financial as a Client Service Associate in 2014. That’s where I was first paired with Mitch McCann, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Mitch and Wesley ever since. For over a decade now, I’ve been supporting their practice and making sure our clients’ needs are always met with care and attention.
Client service has always been at the heart of Guardian Partners. I take pride in continuously adapting and improving how we operate so that our clients always feel supported and cared for.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three young children, who keep us busy with plenty of activities. I also enjoy the arts—whether it’s opera, theater, or a Broadway play—and in the summer, you’ll often find me on the water with family and friends.
It’s incredibly rewarding to play a key role at Guardian Partners, and even more meaningful to be a trusted point of support for our clients. Building those relationships is what makes this work so fulfilling to me.
